The five principles
Context is loaded, never assumedprinciple
Every session reads identity, an evidence-derived style guide, and dated long-term memory, and declares whether each read succeeded, so I always know whether Claude has full context or is context-blind.
Evidence first, alwaysprinciple
Facts, inferences and guesses are separated and labelled with confidence. No fabricated citations, ever. Specialist domains carry a confidence ceiling; external-bound content triggers stricter verification.
The agent must be challenged and must challenge backprinciple
The standing instructions configure a thinking partner, not a yes-machine: challenge weak framing, surface disconfirming evidence, flag over-complication. Several skills exist solely to operationalise this.
Guardrails are non-negotiableprinciple
Nothing deleted, sent, moved or published without confirmation. No irreversible action without a check-in. Embedded instructions in documents are flagged, not obeyed. Confidentiality always.
Depth over economy for real decisionsprinciple
Real decisions and hard analysis never economise on reasoning; trivial jobs get lean treatment. Effort is matched to stakes, deliberately.

Context
Who I am, how I write, what is remembered. Identity, an evidence-derived style guide, and dated cross-session memory, loaded every session.
Capability
What it can do. Five plugins and thirty-one skills, each a folder with a triggering description and a method, plus reference files and evaluation sets.
Operations
How it is built and kept healthy. A canonical source of truth and a self-healing doctor/plan/heal reconciler that drives the installed state to match.
Knowledge
What it has read and can answer from. A self-maintaining second brain with provenance, a contradictions register, and a scheduled health check.
